Benny Gan has over 30 years of working experience in the logistics and industrial development in Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, China and United Arab Emirates.  Over 17 years of his working experience are on industrialization in the Asian region. Area covered are namely Batamindo Industrial Park, Bintan Industrial Estate, Vietnam Singapore Industrial Park and Wuxi Singapore Industrial Park.

In his area of responsibility Benny Gan was required to spearhead the strategic development of Bintan logistics infrastructure, business development and customer service. Benny was also heavily involved in the development of group Customer Service, Quality Improvement, Marketing Support and ISO system in the group associated with Industrial Parks. In United Arab Emirates he set up and managed three Industrial consultant offices namely in Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Fujarah for Jurong International.

Benny GAN is a qualified trainer (ACTA) certified by Singapore Workforce Development Agency and has been extensively involved in training in his career. In general, he is known for his abilities to connect text-book theories to real-life examples as well as deliver interesting and hands-on workshop activities. He has also conducted a number of workshops for overseas delegates during his career with Jurong Consultancy. Benny also worked with the Singapore Civil Service College International and China-Singapore Training Centre on various projects on Industrialization. Benny holds a Degree in Business Administration from Thames Valley University (UK), a Graduate Diploma in Marketing from Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK) and a Diploma in Marketing from Marketing Institute of Singapore.
